Jule Amps Warranty and Return Policy

If your Jule Amps product (except for the Jule Mods mentioned below) does something you do not like, let us know. We'll repair or replace anything we build within the first year. Within the first 30 days, you can return any Jule Amps product for a full refund of the product price as long as the product still looks like new.

The above warranty does not apply to Jule Mods.

Jule Mods exist because good people have told others about custom work we have done for them. Word gets around. We do everything we can to treat every customer like another friend dropping by the shop, but a modification is intentionally an alteration of your gear. There is no guarantee it will be everything you want. We can not "roll back" a modification.
